Kaizzenites believe in the act of kindness to make this world a better place to live!
With a vision in the hearts and minds to do small things with love, Kaizzen’s humanitarian initiative ‘Kaizzen Care’ organized meal packaging and distribution for the residents of AiR Humanitarian Homes in Bengaluru.

The Earth Saviours Foundation
‘NOT ALL OF US CAN DO GREAT THINGS, BUT WE CAN DO SMALL THINGS WITH GREAT LOVE’
This was the vision in the hearts and minds of all Kaizzenites as we gathered to celebrate the 4th initiative of Kaizzen Care at The Earth Saviours Foundation. The NGO caters to abandoned senior citizens, domestic violence victims, people suffering from incurable diseases as well as physically and emotionally challenged people, and Kaizzenites spent a memorable day with these special people who deserved the care and support.
The team went around speaking to individuals living at the centre, hearing their heartfelt stories and sharing a meal with them. This gesture/opportunity gave us immense satisfaction and inner peace and made us all acknowledge how small deeds of generosity can bring a significant impact on the life of people in need. This experience enabled each of us to be thankful in life and made us realize that there all we need is small gestures of love in order to collectively bring about a positive change in the lives of the people who need it the most.
